At Textile Trade Hub, we care about your satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your order, we make returns and refunds simple and fair.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return a product, please do the following within 10 days of receiving it:

  1. Go to My Account → Orders on our website and initiate the return request,

  2. Contact us via:

Please include your reason for the return so we can continue to improve your shopping experience.

📤 How to Send the Product Back

After initiating your return:

  • Repack the item in the original packaging (including tags, barcode, invoice).

  • Use the same delivery method that was used to ship the product.

  • Ensure the product is unused, undamaged, and includes all original contents.

If you’ve lost the return form, don’t worry — contact us and we’ll email you a new one to your registered email ID.

🔁 Inspection & Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse:

  • Our team will inspect the item.

  • If approved, we will:

    • Issue a full refund or

    • Send a replacement product, depending on your preference.

🕒 Refund Timeline:

  • Refund initiation: Within 3–5 business days after approval

  • Bank processing: 5–7 business days

  • Refund method: Original payment method

Please follow up with your bank or card provider once the refund is initiated.

⚠️ Important Conditions

  • ❌ Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

  • ❌ Personalized/custom-made products are not eligible for return or refund.

  • 📍 Refunds are only available for customers within India.

💸 Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the product is faulty or damaged:

    • Return shipping cost is covered by the supplier.

    • The supplier will be penalized and warned. If repeated complaints arise, the supplier may be blacklisted from our platform.

  • In other cases (e.g., change of mind, wrong selection):

    • The customer bears the return shipping charges.

🔄 Change of Mind / Wrong Selection

Please choose carefully before placing your order. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Finding the product cheaper elsewhere
